    【抗疫你要知• 減壓篇】面對疫情,又擔心中招又擔心物資不足又唔出得街,令人焦慮又抑鬱,可以點算?中大醫學院賽馬會公共衞生及基層醫療學院院長黃仰山教授建議,除了做運動外,靜觀練習可以是另一個選擇。靜觀 (Mindfulness)可幫助我們靜心留意每一刻發生的事情,包括我們身體的感覺、情緒、思想及行為等,使我們更瞭解自己及身邊種種,從而能應付生活壓力,好好地照顧自己的身心靈。同時為中大敬霆靜觀研究與培訓中心總監的黃教授會為我們示範簡單的靜觀練習,可以一齊試試。最後,黃教授提醒大家,如果焦慮或抑鬱的情緒持續,最好尋求專業人士協助。
